At Rivan Trends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.





1️⃣ Return Eligibility



  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required.
  • Used, damaged, or physically broken items are not eligible for return.






2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items



  • Items purchased during sale or special discount offers.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Products damaged due to misuse.






3️⃣ Refund Process



  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.






4️⃣ Replacement Policy



  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.






5️⃣ Shipping Charges



  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundabl.

 

 

🔁 Damaged or Wrong Product



If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video proof.

After verification, we will provide a replacement.
